Our services are funded by the NY OMH (Office of Mental Health), and our team of licensed mental health professionals is dedicated to providing you with the care and support you need.

What do our Mental Health Services entail?
Individual therapy: Our licensed therapists work with you one-on-one to develop a personalized treatment plan to address your specific mental health concerns. Group therapy: Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive environment where you can connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges. We offer a variety of group therapy options, including support groups, psychoeducation groups, and skill-building groups.
Psychiatric evaluations and medication management: Our psychiatric team can provide evaluations and ongoing medication management to support your mental health treatment plan.
